He started hairdressing in 2006 at the age of 15. He rapidly climbed the career ladder at Paris Kuaför, a well-known salon in Ankara, becoming the institution's youngest manager. In 2017, he established the Paris Kuaför Beytepe branch. Şaşmaz continuously innovates, attending ongoing training both domestically and internationally, and consistently shares his knowledge and new developments with his team and colleagues.
